Keeping old customer info forever is now against the law in India.
You collected a customer's phone number two years ago. They never came back. That number is still sitting in your phone or register. Did you know keeping it without a reason is now against the law? The new DPDP law says — if you do not need it anymore, delete it. Many small business owners do not know this. This could be you.
