From admission forms to parent apps — student data is everywhere.
A parent fills one admission form. But that child's information goes into 7 or 8 different systems. The fee app. The attendance tool. The transport list. The exam software. The WhatsApp group. Each system holds names, phone numbers, Aadhaar copies, and more. Most school owners do not even know how many systems they are using. This is a big problem under the new data law.
